We offer delivery for all of our yorkies, which is included in the baby’s fee. The baby’s fee guarantees that you will receive a healthy, happy baby ready to be loved. We strive to deliver your new bundle of joy with ease, by making all preparations. All you must do is be ready to embrace the new addition to your family. What's Included Vet Health Examination
Warranty Limitations and Exclusions after Sale Breeder: Cadillac Kennel, Paige Robinson All sales are final. All veterinarian expenses are the purchaser’s responsibility not the breeders. Once puppy is purchased, the owner is responsible for all appropriate care. The owner is responsible for the cost of any test or diagnostics performed in case of sudden death or illness. We will not issue any cash refunds. In case of death requiring replacement, such replacement will be provided as an exchange if an autopsy is performed by a licensed Vet and all paperwork from this Vet is forwarded to our Vet. Our Vet will ask to speak to this Vet if this happens to occur. The puppy’s microchip number must be a part of this report. Exchange will be for puppy of same value when available. All shipping costs are at the customer’s expense. Puppies are sold as pet quality unless otherwise noted. Puppies are sold with limited registration (without breeding rights) unless otherwise agreed upon and stated in this contract. No guarantee is made regarding temperament, size, or conformation; there is no guarantee that this puppy will be able to breed. It is up to us, the breeder, to decide when a puppy is ready to be shipped. Shipping dates may be changed due to flight conditions, weather conditions or any other concerns. No shipping arrangements will be made until the breeder has received all documents mentioned in the contract. A 50% deposit holds your puppy until it is ready to go to its new home. Full payment for the puppy must be made within 30 days of the deposit. If a deposit has been made, the final payment will be due 3 days prior to shipping. If not received on time the deposit is retained by the seller and the puppy will be re-listed. Important Note: No shots of any kind need to be given for 7 days from the time you get your puppy. Giving shots right after you get them will lead to more stress and the puppy can become sick. Your puppy will need time to become comfortable with their new home, owners and surroundings. The puppy should be confined to the house for at least 5-7 days before taking them out and about. This will help with their stress levels and ultimately be healthier for the puppy.
Credit Card Payments We will require the person listed as the card holder to sign the statement below, even if they are the new puppy owner listed in this contract. I, the undersigned, understand that my charge card is being charged for the purpose of purchasing the puppy listed in this contract. I understand that Cadillac Kennel, LLC is under contract with Jewel Bait Company, LLC to collect payments, So my credit card statement will show Jewel Bait Company for the charges on this contract and on my invoice from Cadillac Kennel, LLC. I agree to the terms and conditions of this form and agreement.
