Warranty Limitations and Exclusions after Sale Breeder: Cadillac Kennel Puppy Description:
Puppies are sold with a guarantee against 10 days, no death from the date of shipping, and against life threatening congenital defect for one year from date of shipping. No other conditions are covered. All veterinarian expenses are the purchaser’s responsibility not the breeders. The owner is responsible for the cost of any test or diagnostics performed in case of sudden death or illness. We will not issue any cash refunds. In case of death requiring replacement, such replacement will be provided as an exchange if an autopsy is performed by a licensed Vet and all paperwork from this Vet is forwarded to our Vet. Our Vet will ask to speak to this Vet if this happens to occur. The puppy’s microchip number must be a part of this report. Exchange will be for puppy of same value when available. All shipping costs are at the customer’s expense. Once puppy is purchased, the owner is responsible for all appropriate care. Warranty, guarantee and this contract is not transferable to other owners. Puppies are sold as pet quality unless otherwise noted. No guarantee is made regarding temperament, size, or conformation; there is no guarantee that this puppy will be able to breed. All sales are final. It is up to us, the breeder, to decide when a puppy is ready to be shipped. Shipping dates may be changed due to flight conditions, weather conditions or any other concerns. A $200.00 deposit holds your puppy until it is ready to go to its new home. Full payment for the puppy must be made within 30 days of the deposit. If a deposit has been made, the final payment will be due 3 days prior to shipping. If not received on time the deposit is retained by the seller and the puppy will be re-listed. No shipping arrangements will be made until the breeder has received all documents mentioned in the contract. Important Note: No shots of any kind need to be given for 7 days from the time you get your puppy. Giving shots right after you get them will lead to more stress and the puppy can become sick. Your puppy will need time to become comfortable with their new home, owners and surroundings. The puppy should be confined to the house for at least 5-7 days before taking them out and about. This will help with their stress levels and ultimately be healthier for the puppy.
This contract must be signed and returned before a deposit can be made on a puppy.
